What does your Pretty Maids collection offer to the bride?

With the Pretty Maids "Maid Your Way" Program, this gives the bride complete control over the design of her bridesmaids dresses. At no additional cost Pretty Maids is shipped in 8 weeks and the bride can choose the style, size, color, and fabric. However, Pretty Maids also offers 3 length options, add on accessories and a 2,4,6,8 week shipping program.

What colors are available for my dress?

 

All Pretty Maids dresses are available in over 50 colors. The Pretty Maids color chart for

our Satin, Chiffon and Organza fabrics are available for viewing on each dresses product page. Please note that colors shown are  a representation and visit an authorized Pretty

Maids retailer for an accurate color swatch. Our Taffeta color swatch is only available in stores. Click the "Find A Store" tab on the Welcome bar to find an authorized retailer near you.

What sizes are available for Pretty Maids dresses?

Pretty Maids offers sizes 0-30 in all of our styles. To better serve your sizing needs visit an authorized Pretty Maids retailer to be measured. Click the "Find A Store" tab on the Welcome bar to find an authorized retailer near you.

What are the fabric options?

 

ANY style is available in any of the four fabrics Pretty Maids offers: Satin, Chiffon,

Organza or Taffeta. There are some styles that are not "recommended" in certain fabrics due to their design, but you can choose any of the four fabrics.

What if I like a dress, but would prefer it short or longer?

 

ALL styles are available to order Knee, Tea, or Floor lengths to achieve the look you want. (Additional charges may apply.)

Does Pretty Maids have jackets?

Pretty Maids offers a variety of accessories to further personalize the dresses. Jackets are available to order in ANY fabric and ANY color as well to match your bridesmaids dress and complete your look!

Can I purchase a dress directly from the Pretty Maids Website?

 

Pretty Maids does not sell dresses online. Styles are only available through authorized Pretty Maids retailers. This ensures that you get the highest level of personal and professional service. Click the "Find A Store" tab on the Welcome bar to find an authorized retailer near you.

How can I get a Pretty Maids catalog?

There are multiple ways to view and share the Pretty Maids collection. You can view our current catalog online by clicking the "CATALOG" tab on the Welcome bar. All of our authorized Pretty Maids retailers have the current Pretty Maids catalog in their stores as well. Also all of our styles are available to view and print online. Each dresses product information, alternative views, color options, and more are visible on the individual product pages. On the product page you can post your favorite dress to your social networking site, by using our "Share With Wedding Party" feature. You can also save your favorite dresses right from the site to your own Pretty Maids account to view at your convenience.

How do I save my favorite dresses so I can come back to them?

 

You can sign up for to be a Pretty Maids member by clicking the "myDressing Room" hanger icon at the top of the webpage. Once you create an account you can then save your favorites by clicking the "myDressing Room" hanger on the individual product page. All the dresses you select will be stored in your account and from there you can share your selections by email.

How do I find a local retailer?

Our Store Locator feature makes it easy to find an authorized retailer in your area. Click the "Find A Store" tab on the Welcome bar and enter your information.  If you cannot find a store near you, please contact us at inquiries@houseofwu.com with your local store of choice and we will do our best to set something up with them for you.

How do I know which retailers carry the dresses I like?

 

Any authorized Pretty Maids retailer can order any current style for you.  Click the "Find A Store" tab on the Welcome bar to find an authorized retailer near you.

How do I find out the price of a dress?

Only an authorized Pretty Maids retailer can quote a price for a dress. Click the "Find A Store" tab on the Welcome bar to find an authorized retailer near you.

Do you have color swatches available?

 

Fabric swatches are available at our authorized Pretty Maids retailers. Click the "Find A Store" tab on the Welcome bar to find an authorized retailer near you.

Do you offer Pretty Maids dresses in Maternity sizes?

Pretty Maids does not offer maternity sizing options. However, all of our dresses can be altered to fit the needs of a pregnant bridesmaid. Please contact the authorized Pretty Maids retailer in your area for all of your sizing and alteration needs. Click the "Find A Store" tab on the Welcome bar to find an authorized retailer near you.

Can I buy extra fabric?

 

Yes, Pretty Maids offers fabric for order, by the yard. Please note that it is best to order your extra fabric at the same time as your dress. Fabric ordered separately cannot be guaranteed to, exactly, match your dresses dye lot. There may be a slight shade variance if the fabric is cut from a different dye lot as your dress. How long does it take for my bridesmaid dresses to arrive?

Our Pretty Maids collection has a regular shipping of 8 weeks. However, Pretty Maids offers a 2, 4, or 6 week rush option. Please contact your local Pretty Maids authorized retailer for more details.  Click the "Find A Store" tab on the Welcome bar to find an authorized retailer near you.

What if the dress I ordered does not fit?

Pretty Maids dresses are made to order. Using the Pretty Maids size chart and an authorized Pretty Maids retailer to accurately measure your bridesmaids is the way to ensure the best fit.
